I found UQ after searching for it. I did it on the CM, and when I stopped by, I was able to respond immediately and listen to various stories. The plan was simple and easy to understand, and the explanation was easy to understand, so I immediately changed to UQ. I really appreciate it.

N	N N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月4日13時頃。お店の外に居たスーツ姿の男性に案内して頂きました。そして席に着き、Sさんとおっしゃる男性に担当して頂きました。お二人共、接客される姿勢も人柄も本当に素晴らしかったです。ご本人には"ありがとう"としか伝えられませんでしたが、その言葉だけでは足りないくらいで、きちんと言葉にして伝えれば良かったと後悔しています。それくらい素晴らしかったです。何か特別な事をしてくれたから良いとか過度な接客を求めるとかそういう事ではなくて、普通の接客を求めてるだけのつもりが、長年利用している某大手ショップはそれが叶わない場だと感じていました。ですが、今回こちらのUQスポットで素晴らしい接客をして頂いて、料金面だけでなく接客対応等にとても満足し、こちらの店舗でお世話になりたいと思い、UQモバイルへの乗り換えを決めました。説明もわかりやすく、親切丁寧。親しみやすさもあり、心配りも素晴らしかったです。最初から最後までこんなに気持ち良く過ごせたのは初めてでした。本当にありがとうございました。 Around 13:00 on March 4, 2021. It's not like you're asking for good or excessive customer service because you've done something special, but you're just looking for normal customer service, but a major shop that you've been using for many years is a place where that doesn't come true. I felt that. However, this time I received a wonderful customer service at this UQ spot, and I was very satisfied with not only the price but also the customer service, so I decided to switch to UQ Mobile because I wanted to take care of it at this store.
