★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時50分に到着したが、10席あるカウンターの9席が埋ってました。着席したら次々とお客さんが来店し、人気店である事が伺えます。銀鮭焼きと中おちのセットをオーダーしましたが、店主の対応がとても気持ちいい。中おちのドリップは全くなく、漬物の塩気もワカメ酢のものもちょうど良く出来上がっています。また、米も味噌汁も美味しく、久し振りにお代わりをしてしまった。当然ですが銀鮭の焼き上がりも抜群。これで価格が1000円以内だったら満点なのですが。。。
今度は日本酒を飲みにお邪魔したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSで見た「吉田類の酒場放浪記」に登場して気になってたこちらで「鮪おいしいとこ塩焼き定食」を?夜営業再開したらここを含めて築地エリアの渋い酒場をパトロールしたいものです。夜だけではなくこちらの注目は定食百名店にも選ばれた昼営業の焼き魚定食。鮪の中落ち付きの銀酒か、鮪おいしいとこ塩焼き定食か悩み、結局は鮪塩焼きに中落ちをつけてもらい完食!お米もツヤがあり味噌汁とともにおかわり自由!ごちそうさまでした!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味、サービス、雰囲気、申し分ない和食店。今回は、銀鮭焼きとなかおちセット(1400円)を注文。分厚い焼き鮭はもちろんながら、赤身の鮮度も高い。白米の炊き加減も申し分ない。さらに驚いたのはお味噌汁。なんとお代わりする度に具が変わる。豆腐→なめこ→わかめ。これが無料とは恐れ入る。味噌と出汁の塩梅も程よく、ご飯がすすむ。和定食として文句なし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に着いたら1組並んでいました。数分で席に着き、さば焼きとなかおちを注文しました。程なく、ごはん、みそ汁、付け合わせが出てきます。炭火で焼いたさば、脂と焦げが程よく、美味しいです。ごはん2杯目は、なかおち丼して食べ、みそ汁のおかわりは、なめこ汁で大満足でした。店主もいい感じの方で、気持ち良いお店です。

築地は昔からちょくちょく行くのだが、築地では魚ものはあまり食べない小生。

何故なら今は流通がしっかりしているので、寿司も魚も美味いものが東京辺りでも食べられるし、何より昔から築地で働いている人々に根付いた食文化を味わうことのほうが面白いからである。

なので某有名チャーシューエッグを食べたり、カレーやホルモン丼を食べたりが昔から多い。
だが焼き魚は好きな小生。こちらはいつも行列が出来ているのと、今日は焼き魚な気分なので面白そうとお伺い。

5人ほどの待ちであり、店内の席数も少ないらしいがすぐに番が回ってきた。
醤油ベースのタレを纏った大振りの銀鮭照り焼きは、こんがりふっくらでもう美味し!

お味噌汁もお替り自由で、一杯目は豆腐、2杯目はナメコと具が変わる細やかさ。
