★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブリを購入。ブリしゃぶ用にカットしてくれると書かれていたため腹身を購入してお願いしたところ、刺身用にカットされました。指摘しましたが店頭に出てる残りは背身だけしか残ってないのでそちらにしか出来ないとのことで断念。特に反省も感じとれませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは虚偽の求人で募集してくるので働きたい人は注意してください。パック詰め、販売のバイトで応募して面接に行ったら夜の掃除のパートでした。Wワークに肯定的な求人でしたが面接では難色を示され、終いにはウチは大学生を募集してるから、と。そんな限定してなかったじゃん、事前に言ってよ。写真と履歴書と交通費の無駄でした。
面接官は店長代理の和田さんという方です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚の鮮度、種類共に素晴らしい。最近売り場が広くなって握り寿司も品数が増えた。魚は柵で買ってもお造りやというコーナーに持っていくと無料で刺身に切ってくれる。素人には上手く切るのは難しいので便利です。

ただその値段に見合うお魚を置いています。
サーモンの切身を塩焼きで食べましたが絶品でした。
他にもお刺身を柵で買いますが、どれも美味しいです。
閉店前に行くと質の高いお値打ち物出るのでそれも注目です。
