良くも悪くも「大学病院」だな。って感じです。 一般的な総合病院では無く、教育機関の延長ぐらいに捉えていた方ががっかりしなくて良いです。 サービスを期待する場所では無いです。

スタッフの対応はものすごくいいです。残念なところがあるとすれば、ここのレビューに見られるように同じ内容のレビューをしつこく何度も投稿したり、院内で横暴に振る舞う残念な患者が多いことが挙げられます。

窓口の態度の悪さ、不親切さと言ったら無いです。 初診で受診予約をしようと代表ダイヤルに電話すると、診察科を聞かれたうえで、 「初診は電話予約できないですが…。診察時間内に直接窓口に来るしかありませんねー。」 とのみ(ホントにこれだけ)、なんとも冷たい態度で回答され拍子抜け...。 そうなんですか、直接行きますと電話を切り、 なんとか後日仕事の休みを取り、言われたとおりウェブで調べた診察時間内に直接行くと、 「えっと…事前電話はされなかったのですか…?この時間は初診受付できませんけど…」とまたも冷たく突き放すような対応...。 ん?事前電話はしたし、その電話と言ってる事が違う。 「電話予約ができないから、診察時間に直接来てと言われたんですが。」と伝えると、 「そうなんですか…今からでも受付できるか確認します。」と、上司へ取り次いでいました。 5分くらい待たされましたが、結局 「今からは無理です。今回の対応はすみませんでした。」 と言われ帰されました。 一体あの電話はなんだったのでしょうか!? 「電話予約はない。時間内に直接来い」 としか聞いてなかったから、病院HPで調べた診察の受付時間内に行ったんです。 電話の時点で、診察時間内でも受付できない時間もあることを、 一言伝えてくれたら良かったんです。 近所に受けたい診察科が無いので、遠方からなんとか休んで行った結果、 電話対応の不手際は認めつつ、結局門前払いの扱い。 普段あまりささいな事は気にしない方ですが、 あろうことかこんなに大きな病院でここまで嫌な思いをしたのは初めてで、 あの代表電話や窓口のそっけない態度・不親切な説明への怒りと、 そこそこ急いで診てもらいたい症状だったために無駄足運んだことが悲くなり、 ここの人達には自分の命が軽視されてるのかと思えて、 泣きながら帰りました。 確かに建物はきれいだし、 優秀な先生がいるのかもわかりません。 しかし、窓口の対応があのようでは論外では?と感じました。 忙しければ適当な案内しとけばいいんですか? 忙しければ初診の人なんてどーでもいいんですか? もう二度と行くことは無いです。 長文になり失礼しました。

夜間救急外来を受診しました。アナフィラキシーの症状があって心配して、救急車を呼ぼうか迷いましたが、意識もあるし、呼吸もできるから息子に連れて行ってもらいました。薬の飲み合わせ?が原因だと思ったので、伝えたところ、薬手帳と薬の説明をさせられる事ばかりに集中させられて、きちんと答えられないと問い詰められる感じで、全身に蕁麻疹が出て真っ赤に腫れているし、喉も詰まって飲み込みがおかしくなって、心臓はドカトカして早くなっているし、見たらわかるような症状なのに、パソコンに打ち込むだけで、診察じゃないですね?強い注射をします。って静脈注射をして頂いたけど、何の薬か説明ないので、「私はアナフィラキシーですか?」って聞いてしまいました。症状はすでに診察を受けている頃から落ち着いて来たので、治まって来ました。 アナフィラキシーショックを心配しての受診だったので、このような対応では、本当にショックを起こしてしまったら…?と心配でした。 治まらなかったら、皮膚科へ 行って下さいと言われたので、ただの蕁麻疹と思ったのでしょうか?ただの蕁麻疹なら、夜救急外来へは行きません。看護師さんの対応は親切でした。

改善が必要です。 きちんとコミユニケーション取れて説明の出来る医師を評価し、そうでない医師を排除して行かないと、利用者も減り経営が成り立たなくなると思います。 ただでさえ医師不足の過疎地域なので、頼りにしないといけないです。 お願いします。存続の為に患者ファースト出来るように医師達のESを上げてください。

地元の病院から救急で移送され、深夜の緊急手術、入院とお世話になりました。 現在は完治しております。 看護師、麻酔医、執刀の主治医の迅速で、なおかつ患者の不安を和らげる落ち着いた姿勢に感心しました。 何より患者の身体の負担を考えた治療、術後の生活を見据える対応は素晴らしいと思います。 縁あって魚沼で生活をしていますが、ここで末長く生きていきたいと思うこの地の魅力は、厳しくも美しい自然、豊かな食文化です。 そして、この病院の存在が支えとなりました。 ここで生きていける喜びのひとつです。
