One of them who looked after my uncle mistreated him when they wiped his mouth in such a brutal manner, he and my mother almost cried.

S	SinNyoung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met a doctor who is very rude here. I have been there because I got infection on my cornea. Everytime when I went there, they required me to have eyesight test. But, I did not have enough time at that time. So, I mentioned "I don't want to have eyesight test. Also I have already had eyesight test three days ago here." The doctor was angry at me and said "We need to record your eyesight test results. If you don't want to have eyesight test, just go to other hospital!". If I am not busy at that time, I really want to sue him.
J	JIM JUTTON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended on a Sunday and saw a doctor within 1/2 hour. The nursing staff were very polite but spoke little English. Some forms need filling in which had some English guidance. I was prescribed some meds which you pick up from nearby pharmacy. The consultation cost 8000yen, meds for cold cost 2200 yen. If you don't speak Japanese, best take someone with you to translate, which I fortunately did.

They are open during afternoon hours, although other clinics are normally closed at this time. My three-year old was served very quickly, the doctor was professional and empathetic. He prescribed some medicines, quite effective, to ease her cold symptoms. He also kindly explained the purpose of each drug. Our expenses were covered by my insurance, so we paid almost nothing. Otherwise the price would be painfully high, more than 10000 yen for the standard medicines against common cold (!). So be careful. Nevertheless, the hospital’s infrastructure is well developed and foreigners-friendly. Both receptionists and the doctor were speaking in English. There is a cafeteria with reasonable prices at the ground floor. The chemistry linked to the hospital has a play-zone, where your kid can pass the time.

In the front desk, there is a staff who can speak English to help you for administration stuff. All form is also available in English. There must be at least one doctor in each department in outpatient clinic who can speak English. My kids have all their vaccinations here. There is a pharmacy nearby which is also English friendly (English form available).
