以下感想
・管理費が無駄に高い
・ゴミ置き場など共用部は汚いし、掃除もほとんどない
・入居時の汚れがひどい(床のフローリングがひどく損傷していました。尚、入居前に一切の説明なし)
・国交相のガイドライン通りの原状回復の契約になっていない(冷蔵庫裏などの黒ずみは貸主負担ですが、ここは借主に請求してきます。)
全てが直接ユニライフのせいではありませんが、そんな物件を紹介するような会社です。
接客対応が良い悪い云々ではなく、契約内容をよく確認することをお勧めします。気をつけてください。
I lived in a property contracted by Unilife for four years.
The following impressions
・ Management costs are unnecessarily high
・ Common areas such as garbage storage are dirty and there is almost no cleaning.
・ Severe dirt when moving in (floor flooring was severely damaged. No explanation was given before moving in)
・ The contract is not for restoration to the original state according to the guidelines of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
It's not all directly due to Unilife, but it's a company that introduces such properties.
It is recommended that you check the contract details carefully, not whether the customer service is good or bad. Please be careful.
