★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話しますと書いてあったから待っていたらギリギリに電話が来て、今日決めてくださいと言われ部屋の希望を聞くのではなく、ここでいいですかという形で決められていた。電話をするならギリギリではない方がいいと思った。
また、お店の人の対応も上からという感じがして気分がわるかった。
基本的に報連相ができていない。
It was written that I would call, so when I was waiting, the phone came to me and asked me to decide today. Instead of asking for a room, it was decided that it was okay here. I thought it was better not to be on the last minute when calling.
Also, I felt uncomfortable with the response of the shop staff from above.
Basically, Ho-Ren-So has not been established.

とても気持ちよく契約することが出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約者を変更したくて、変更できたが関西のほう（？）にある家賃関係の事務所に連絡が行ってなかった。
学生だけで、盛岡駅前の事務所に行くと、親と行ったときよりかなり雑な対応をされる。
自転車のステッカーが必要（駐輪場を使うとき）だが、貼ってない自転車があるが、会社の整理が入ってない。
以前入居していた人の自転車が整理されて隅に置かれてあるが、2年以上そのまま。
Wi-Fiが各部屋にあるが、とても弱い。また、部屋にあるWi-Fiよりも高いWi-Fiの案内が定期的に投函される
こちらの会社が管理しているアパートに自分が入居していた際に感じたことです。
二度と使いたくないです。
また、おすすめなんてできたものではありません。

Wi-Fi is in each room, but very weak. In addition, Wi-Fi information that is higher than the Wi-Fi in the room will be posted regularly.
This is what I felt when I was moving into an apartment managed by this company.
I don't want to use it again.
Also, I couldn't recommend it.
