炭焼でとても美味しくて、値段は高いけどまた、何回も来たいと思いましたが、一つ残念だなあと思う事がありました。7時前に入店して8時までと言われたのに食べ終わったのが7時30分頃でまだ30分ほど時間があったのでゆっくりとしてたら、急いで店員さんが何人かきて片付けだしてびっくりしました。まだ、時間があるのに、と思いながら、なんか、追い出されるような感じでした。早く店員さんも帰りたかったのですかねー!

鰻丼と鰻巻きを頂きました。 プラス220円か240円で肝吸いに変更もしました。肝は2つ入っていました! こんがり、カリッと焼かれた鰻はとても美味しかったです。 鰻巻きも出汁が効いていて、数人でシェア出来るよう予め小皿に切り分けて提供してもらえます。 初めて行くと駐車場が分かりにくいかもしれませんがお勧めです。

知人に美味しいと聞き、行ってみました。 ひつまぶしを食べましたが 今まで食べた中で1番美味しかったです!!! ふわとろよりパリふわが好きな私にはドンピシャでした。 骨も全然感じなく食べやすいです。 タレもしっかりで香ばしい焼き加減。 出汁があっさりなので お茶漬けで食べるとスルスル食べれますし そのままでもとっってもおいしかったです!!

噂通りに美味しいうなぎ食べました!蓬莱軒で修行された店主さんですので美味しいうなぎを食べさせて頂きました。また是非食べに行きたいです!白焼と肝焼きもおすすめです!
I ate delicious eel as rumored! The owner trained at Horaiken, so I ate delicious eel. I definitely want to go eat again! Shiroyaki and liver grill are also recommended!

圧巻のボリュームでした。自信のある方は大盛り体験してください。外カリカリの中フワフワの食感は他では経験したことがありませんでした。

店内は老舗というよりモダンな感じ。夜は夕方5時開店だが5時過ぎに到着したら並ぶことなく着席。注文してから25分程度でひつまぶしと小鰻丼がテーブルに並ぶ。味は甘味が強くないのでこのあたりでは一番好き。 ただ、春日井市の自宅から車で1時間以上と遠いのが難点。駐車場はすぐ近くに十分あります。
The interior is more modern than a long-established store. The store opens at 5 pm at night, but if you arrive after 5 pm, you will be seated without lining up. About 25 minutes after ordering, Hitsumabushi and Unadon are lined up on the table. The taste is not so sweet, so I like it the most around here. However, the drawback is that it is more than an hour's drive from my home in Kasugai City. There is plenty of parking in the immediate vicinity.

The service here was good. The portion size is also good given the price vs shops like shirakawa, and that they have a claim to fame of being on the Michelin guide. But, taste wise, quite a bit is lacking. The unagi was not crispy which was disappointing. I prefer the tare/sauce to be a bit stronger, and here it is mild, which results in the unagi's taste being the focus, but when the texture is monotonous given the lack of a crispy exterior, it can be a drawback. Maybe they'd do better another day.
