受診をしようと電話をかけたが、断られました。予約が満席になってないのに。
しかも病気がある子供がいるのに、受診を断るなんて、信じられませんでした。
医療のかけらもない、非常識だと思います。
今まで受診した病院を聞かれ、なぜそこがだめなのかを事細かく聞かれ、アレルギーではないだろうと、受診もしてないのに、結論付けられました。
しかもなぜ他の病院のことを事細かく聞くのか、理解ができませんでした。
他の病院を受診してるならそちらにいけと言わんばかりでした。
もちろん、クレームなどは言ってないですし、他の病院に不満はありません。
他の病院の受信歴を聞いた上で、受診を断るのは、失礼だと思います。
電話をかけた時間も午後診前、午後の診察を受診するために電話をかけたので、まともな病院であれば対応してもらえる時間です。
とてもまともではない、非常識な病院だと思います。しかも、なぜ電話でアレルギーでないと診断ができるのか。。
アレルギー専門病院ではない発言と、対応でした。
