★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居の時壁に落書きや浴槽の隙間にゴミなどあった。連絡しても確認したのでそのようなものは無いと言われた。
退去の時、入居前の落書きを指摘され敷金から引かれそうになった。強く抗議して引かれずにすんだけど、別の一見まったく問題ない箇所でこれはダメですね〜と引かれた。今も納得してない。
When I moved in, there were graffiti on the wall and garbage in the tub. I contacted them and confirmed it, so I was told that there was no such thing.
When I moved out, I was pointed out about the graffiti before I moved in, and I was almost drawn from the security deposit. I strongly protested and I wasn't pulled, but I was told that this is useless in another seemingly no problem. I'm still not satisfied.
