★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から、ひたちなか市に住んでいた叔母が、親戚の集りの度に、こちらの「光國まんじゅう」を買って来てくれ、その美味しさが懐かしく、自分が水戸へ来たので、是非買って帰ろう‼️と思い、行きました。残念ながら、10時開店で、特急の時間に間に合わない。泣く泣く諦めました。あ～食べたかった。神奈川県在住。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薯蕷饅頭と呼ばれる、真っ白で、もっちりで、しっとりしている饅頭を食べました。
他所では "大みか饅頭" 水戸では "光國饅頭" と呼ばれている商品です。
パッケージは、アルミの厚紙で巻いてあり、面白いです。
全体が包装されていないので (上下が裸) お土産としては… どうでしょう。
(パック or 箱売りを買えばいいのか)
保存料等は、一切使われていないので、3日ほどの賞味期限だそうです。
皮は、アルミの厚紙がなければくっついてしまうほど、モチモチでしっとりしています。美味です。
餡は、甘さ控えめで、上品な味のするこし餡です。美味です。
80円 (税込み) で食べられるので、いつか包装紙の絵のおじさんのように7個食いをしてみたいですね。

I ate a pure white, chewy, and moist bun called 薯 蕷 bun.
It is a product called "Omika Manju" in other places and "Mitsukuni Manju" in Mito.
The package is wrapped in aluminum cardboard, which is interesting.
The whole thing isn't wrapped (naked on the top and bottom), so as a souvenir ... how about it?

No preservatives are used, so it has a best-by date of about 3 days.
The leather is so moist and moist that it would stick together without thick aluminum cardboard. It's delicious.
The bean paste is a low-sweetness, elegant-tasting bean paste. It's delicious.
You can eat it for 80 yen (tax included), so one day I would like to eat 7 pieces like the uncle in the picture on the wrapping paper.

甘すぎず自分的には美味しかったです。
ただお店の前に駐車場があればなぁと思うのは自分だけ？
