残念ながら、今回はカットしたものしか購入できなかったので、大学いも、パイ饅頭(あん、かぼちゃ)を購入しました。
パイ饅頭は、バター風味が効いた生地とさっぱりとしたあん、かぼちゃあんはカボチャそのままの味がして美味しかった。
大学いもはシナモンが強く感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味の好き嫌いは誰しもあるでしょうが、ここの味を好きな方は私を含め子供の頃から慣れ親しんだ味です。懐かしくローカルの味なんです。だから醤油おにぎり、赤飯稲荷など私の中ではここより優れた味はありません。子供の出産祝いの紅白饅頭や背中におんぶする一升餅なんかもうちでは利用させて頂いてます。当然季節物の草餅も私には美味しく懐かしく大切な味です。
Everyone may like or dislike the taste, but those who like the taste here are familiar to me since I was a kid. It's a nostalgic local taste. That's why soy sauce rice balls, sekihan inari, etc. have no better taste than here. We also use red and white steamed buns to celebrate the birth of children and Issho Mochi on the back. Naturally, seasonal kusa mochi is also delicious, nostalgic and important to me.
