確かに入り難い外見ですが遠慮はいりません、暖簾が出ていたら開店だと思います。
評判の中華そばを頂きましたが凄く美味しかった！
次回は、違うメニューを頼んでみようかと思います。
 I stopped by on the way back from Minatoyama Onsen.
It looks like it's hard to enter, but don't hesitate, I think it will open if there is a goodwill.
I got the popular Chinese noodles, but it was very delicious!
Next time, I'll try to order a different menu.

神戸駅界隈でラーメン検索して
ひと際、異彩を放つ此方
いても立っても居られなくなり突撃
ネットで予習してはいたが
実際に見ると妖気さえ漂わん風貌に思わずたじろぐ…
意を決して入店！
狭い店内の真ん中にファミリー席と
左側に向かい合う形のテーブルが２席
常連っぽいオジサンが何かをアテにビールを飲んでました。
（ジロジロ見ちゃ失礼なので何のアテか不明）
二人用にしてはかなり小さいテーブルへ着席
昭和の方々はこんなに小さかったのでしょうか…？
壁のメニュー札を見ると
中華そば、うどんの他にも丼ものなど豊富なメニュー
価格改定があったと思しき上書きされた値段
しかしどれもワンコイン以下！
取り敢えず、ラーメン390円（！）
美味しいのか、そうでないかはもはやどうだっていいんです！
この店で食事が出来ただけで胸一杯！
（念の為、普通に美味しかったです）
常連のオジサンが丁寧に消して置いてたタバコにまた火を点ける（笑）
親父さんニコニコとポケットの小銭からお釣りをくれる。ちょっとこれ大事な10円玉じゃないんですか！？（笑）
まだまだお元気そうで
長く続いて欲しいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目は、本当に廃墟にしか見えませんが、中身は心温まるほっこりする素敵な食堂です。既に令和ですが、昭和以前を感じさせるモノに溢れています。「岡持ち」なんて現物を見たのは、私も此処が初めてですよ。今回は、中華そばとカレー丼を頂きましたが、とても優しい味で涙が出そうになりました。店主の方も穏やかで、快く迎えて頂きました。もし、一見さんで訪問したとしても、何度も来てくれた様に暖かく迎えてくれるでしょう。黒電話は携帯が有るから、止めたらしいです。電話は繋がりませんが、確かに営業しています。定休日は、無いそうです。毎日、11時半から19時迄お店は開けているそうです。さぁこの口コミを読んだ貴方、決心しましょう。次は貴方が此処に来て、実際目の当たりにして口コミを書く番ですよ。（お店前の自転車は私の自転車です）

The shopkeeper was also calm and welcomed me. Even if you visit at first glance, you will be warmly welcomed as if you came many times. It seems that I stopped the black phone because I have a cell phone. The phone doesn't connect, but it's certainly open. It seems that there are no regular holidays. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の外観の方が有名なお店。昼頃到着。閉まっていた。途方に暮れているとおじいさんが寄ってきて、大将は怪我で入院していると教えてくれた。
このまま店閉じそうだな。(´･_･`)

伊勢屋さんです｡狭くてレトロな食堂です｡
11時50分では､湯が沸いてないと出直して12時04分入店｡中華そば¥390頂きました。?旨しです｡あっさり塩味､昭和屋台風な志那そば味｡
正月以外は休み無しで店開けてるみたいなんで､何処か行きたいとこないか､温泉にでも行きなはれと言うと､「休みを知らずに来たお客さんがおったら困るやろ」と云う｡２階で寝泊り買出し以外は出掛けずの様だ｡
大阪や京都からも此処を目指して来られるお客さんが居ると嬉しいそうに話す二代目主人｡
窓際の固定テーブルが少し傾いているので､和歌山の当時有名ラーメン店の傾斜カウンターテーブルが思い浮かんだ｡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here because it looked so unique. I thought the dilapidated exterior would be contrary to a homely interior with friendly staff and great food. That wasn't exactly the case.
The food was not bad. Certainly worth the price. I had a bowl of Konbu Udon and my friend had Niku Udon. Both were nice, but I preferred the Niku.
The interior was a little smaller than I'd expected, and the lone old man running the place seemed like his better days were behind him in terms of running the shop. He also doesn't speak English or would seem, but if you don't speak Japanese how did you even find out about this place!?
All in all, I'd stay it's still worth it to climb the hill, take some cool photos for Instagram and Facebook, and get some food here, but I wouldn't expect to be wowed by the experience.
