登	登録さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このご時世なので結婚式は難しいかなと思いつつHPも見て詳しくプラン内容等を聞きたいと思い、予約してお伺いしました。営業の男性、足元を見るような態度で淡々とお話をされ、何も決めずに話を聞きに来た私が悪いのか、と思うぐらい冷めた対応でした。質問もしにくく、お考えの軸は？、と何度も聞かれ問い詰められている気持ちになり途中から帰りたくなりました。初めて式場に聞きに来たので、期待をし、楽しみにしていましたが、何もワクワク出来ることもなく、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。他の式場も予約していましたが、どこもこの対応だったらどうしよう、と結婚式を考えること事態も憂鬱になりました。パンフレットは帰宅しすぐに破棄してしまいました。低価格だとサービスも対応も低品質なのでしょうか。安いから、と誇りを持たずお仕事されていますか？こちらの男性の対応で、御社を検討するのを辞めた方、きっと他にもいらっしゃると思います。これから結婚式を考えている知人に聞かれた際も、オススメは出来ませんでした。歓迎する気持ち、一生懸命さ、お客様に興味を持って接しているかどうか、声のトーンやちょっとした一言で、年齢問わず気付く人は気付きます。特にウェディングは期待して来店する人が多いと思います。他の式場はとても親切だったので、本当に勿体ないと思います。 I thought it would be difficult to get married because of this time, but I also wanted to see the website and ask about the details of the plan, so I made a reservation. ゆ	ゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前フォトウェディングでお世話になりましたが、担当の方、受付の方、メイクさん、カメラマンさんどの方も素敵な接客で好印象でした。アルバム等は購入せずプラン自体もシンプルなものでしたが高いものを無理に勧められることもなく、私達の希望通りにしていただきました。愛犬も連れての撮影でしたが常に気を遣っていただきとても良い写真が撮れて大満足です♪ 本当にありがとうございました。他の方の口コミのようなことはありませんでしたが、たくさんのスタッフさんがいらっしゃったのでその方によるのかもしれません。 I was taken care of by the photo wedding before, but the person in charge, the receptionist, the make-up, and the cameraman were all very impressed with the wonderful customer service.
