お昼は11時半頃から13時過ぎまで厨房もホールも戦場のような状況となり、出される料理は粗製乱造気味。例えば天麩羅がサンプルと比べて明らかにショボかったり、鴨鍋に振ってある山椒が多過ぎじゃねーの一日にどんだけ山椒を消費してるのかよと思ったり思わなかったり。とか。
西梅田再開発前、ヒルトンがなかった時代の店舗はU字カウンター2列の大衆的雰囲気なお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨鍋定食を頂きました。好み味のダシで美味しかったです。鴨鍋定食はご飯のおかわりが出来ます。お鍋の中の鴨肉が少し小さいと思います。加熱時間の問題もあると思いますが、もう少し大きい方が良いでしょう。私の時は炊き立てご飯でとても美味しかったです。料理の提供も早く、板前さん店員さんのサービスも良く、お店も綺麗に掃除されていました。周囲に色々と飲食店がある中、このお店が流行るの解ります。次はつみれ鍋定食を頂こうと思います。
