和歌山県産の梅干しだけじゃなく、九州産の梅干しもあり
3年漬けた梅干し「いのちの梅」には、塩と紫蘇意外余計なものは入ってないと、店員さんから聞いて
母の誕生日プレゼントに購入。
「いのちの梅」は、作るのが大変だそうで、どんどん売るような人じゃない人が作って、うめ八に売ってくれてるとか。
次回うめ八へ行った時には、自分用にも「いのちの梅」を買いたい。
自分用にもしそ梅を購入。
帰って早速食べました。
私は子供の頃から梅干しが大好きで、昔ながらの紫蘇梅干しが好きなので美味しかった、満足。
