★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前5年ほど前までよく自転車の修理をお願いしていました。代車も借りてプロの方でないと治せないようなところを修理していただいているのに、パーツの買い足しがなかった時はほぼ毎回代金が発生せず、逆に申し訳がないと感じるほどでした。店員さんは今風の接客メインというよりは、職人さんという感じで、そこもまた良いです。

今日は、子供の自転車がパンクしたようなので修理をお願いしました。
2代目のご主人が、非常に手際よくあっと言う間に直して下さいました。
お代金を支払おうとしたら、今日はいいですよと…なんと無料でした。
時間も修理用品も使ったのに、今時こんなにサービスの良い自転車屋さんもなかなか無いのではないでしょうか。
先代のお父さんはお話上手ですが、2代目の息子さんは少し無口で職人さんぽいです。
それで、たまに悪い評価がついてしまうのかも知れません。
でも、息子さんもお父さん同様に腕は確かだし、きちんと接客出来る方です。
我が家は信頼していますよ。
これからも萩原さんでお願いしていくと思います。
