★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人件費かけているわりには、書類のチェックが甘くて3回店舗に行くことになりました。早くアプリやwebで完結できるような仕組みを導入してください。ボールペンでわざわざ書くのは、時代遅れです。とHPに問い合わせがどこに、あるかわからなかったのでコチラに書きました。

銀行はゆうちょだけでいいや。
人件費無駄だから行員ばんばん削減して
手数料無料にしたら。
数年前まではセブン銀行のＡＴＭでも手数料無料だったのに
今は手数料とられるし
イオン銀行とは手数料無料だけど
近くにイオンやウエルシアやミニストップないし。
前はＡＴＭからの振込も同一銀行なら無料だったのに
今は１１０円とられる。
かなり従業員を削減するらしいけど、バンバン削減してういた人件費で手数料無料にしてください。
