★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 採用面接の際に「新婚なの？じゃあ子供が欲しいわよねぇ」と突然言われました。
結婚出産などに関する質問は世間一般に、セクハラモラハラ的な質問と解釈されている認識でしたので、労働と関係ない質問をされて大変不愉快でした。
採用側からすれば「結婚や出産後に辞めてしまうのではないか」という懸念があるのだとは思いますが、入社したら不当に扱うんだろうなという印象しか残りませんでした。
会社の看板背負ってるくせして、モラルの欠片もない生保でガッカリです。
When I was hired, I was suddenly told, "Are you newly married? I don't want children."
The question about marriage and childbirth was generally understood to be a sexually harassment question, so I was very unpleasant when asked a question unrelated to labor.
From the hiring side, I think there is concern that they may quit after marriage or childbirth, but it only left the impression that they would be treated improperly after joining the company.
It's disappointing to be a life insurance company with no moral shards, even though I carry my company's signboard.
