K	Kパッキー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通帳を紛失したので再発行（これは私が悪いんだが）再発行の手続きが進まない三日目　身分の証明が出来ない他行では運転免許か住基ネットカードで出来たのだが、どちらも偽造できるという理由で何を出しても本人の確認は取れないと繰り返すばかりでパスポートを要求された。生まれてからもこの先も国外にでると思えず諦めた。生粋の日本人なんだが不快感でいっぱいです。（本社へ対応を聞いたが現場の判断がそうなら何も言えないとのこと）預金も多くないので諦めた。こんなに非道な銀行は他ないはないと思う I lost my passbook and reissued (this is bad for me) The third day I can't proceed with the procedure for reissuing I can not prove my identity. 佳	佳紀澁谷 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これが大手の風格なのか… 実は3年ほど口座を使っていなくて、暗証番号の記憶に不安が有ったので事前に相談を兼ねてお伺いしました。窓口手前での係の女性の方にお話すると、とっても丁寧に話を聞いてくださり、すぐに奥の方にも声を掛けてくれて大切な必要事項の確認から手続き全て完了するまで、関わってくれた全ての方がとても好感度高い、素晴らしい応対をしてくださいました。もちろん皆さん笑顔も素敵でした。実は少し前、近隣の地方銀行に新規で口座を作りに伺ったとき、残念な思いをすることがあったのですが…そちらは結局新規で口座を作る事をやめて帰って来てしまったんです。一方、本当は今日、三菱東京UFJ銀行の口座はもう使わないからと解約するつもりでも来ていたのですが、解約することをやめてしまいました。だって物凄く好印象過ぎたんです。片や新規で口座を作ろうとして邪険にされ、口座を作らず。片や面倒であろう手続きを親身になって対応してくれて、口座を解約するつもりが継続する気になった。これが大手の風格なのか…！！これからもよろしくお願いします！ Is this a major style ...
