★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much your standard japanese coffee shop. Cakes are good, coffee isn't that bad and the atmosphere is better than Starbucks, Dotour, Café de Crie and all those other chains. But it is not quite as good as a nice original coffee shop. On the other hand, those tend to be more expensive. So, the value at Ueshima's is rather good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is called precious coffee moments in English. Dark roast coffee is delicious. Great space to sit and relax. Great breakfast options. Beautiful Cafe. Lunch hour is busy but otherwise the space is a lovely quite place to work, read, or rest.

You can sit near the front facing windows on the 2nd floor, taking pleasure at staring into the condos across the street (and them staring back at you) while sipping your coffee. I think one of the window is a massage parlor, it had interesting shadows. Unfortunately my “Chocolat chaud” had more froth than the amount of people in the Shibuya crossing. More than half of cup was froth! Nevertheless, the flavour was rich and temperature was hot.
