 Yamasaka is tough, but it's good to be wide. I think it is also good for walking dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼児向きの遊具が多いです。球技は近くの柴崎公園の方がグラウンドがあるのでオススメです。
It is many infant direction of play equipment. Ball game is recommended because there is more of a nearby Shibasaki park there is a ground.

The park itself hasn't changed much since about 30 years ago, but the playground equipment has been updated with new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この公園は、古多摩川が削って出来た河岸段丘の国分寺崖線上にあります。南側の急な斜面には、武蔵野の雑木林と桜、紅葉が整備されています。段丘上には広場があります。休日は子供が多くて、武蔵野の雰囲気を楽しむのはちょっと苦しい。
This park is located on the Kokubunji cliff line of the river terrace created by the Kotama River. On the steep slope on the south side, there are thickets of Musashino, cherry blossoms, and autumn leaves. There is a plaza on the terrace. There are many children on holidays, so it's a little difficult to enjoy the atmosphere of Musashino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構広い。そして高めの鉄棒があります。滑り台やプチジャングルジム、シーソー、謎のキャラクターデザインのブランコもあります。
It's quite large. And there is a high bar. There are also slides, petit jungle gyms, seesaws, and swings with mysterious character designs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古くからある公園です。（少なくとも昭和40年代）丘の上で見晴らしが良いけど、ボール遊びでキャッチし損ねると、下まで行ってしまいます。上ノ原小、神代中出身にとっては馴染んだ公園です。
追伸
大分紅葉が色付いてきました。
It is an old park. (At least in the 40's of the Showa era) The view is good on the hill, but if you fail to catch it by playing with a ball, you will go to the bottom. It is a familiar park for those from Uenohara Elementary School and Kamidai Middle School.

Oita autumn leaves are getting colored.
