★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 城跡山頂は木でみにくいのもありましたが、門手前の休憩所から見る景色は開けているので結局はここが一番の景色だったと思います。サマーウォーズの舞台の一つの景色です。
The top of the castle ruins was sometimes difficult to see with trees, but the view from the rest area in front of the gate is open, so I think this was the best view after all. A view of the Summer Wars stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門の手間にあずまやがあり、ここからは上田市街地を一望出来ます。城址から下山して休憩するも良し、心が疲れたらここでボーッとするも良し……。
登り口の石碑に｢なめんなよ！｣と刻まれていて笑えます(笑)
There is a gazebo between the gates and from here you can overlook Ueda city. You can take a break from the castle ruins and take a break.
The monument at the entrance is engraved with "No name!"

Googleのナビ通りに行くと、裏の小道で案内が終了するので、こっちを目的地に設定した方が良い。

I stopped by after Ueda Castle.
If you go to Google's Navi street, the guide will end at the back path, so it is better to set this as the destination.

かなり時間がかかりそうなので、気合い入れていかないとダメな場所でした
でも、絶対全部踏破したい城
期待を込めて、?４個

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直ぐ近くに車なら２台停められるスペースが在りますが駐車場とは書いて無いですので車を停める方は駐車場へどうぞ。（無料・トイレ・自販機）
『砥石城』『米山城』の両城の南側の入り口にあたります。
この櫓門へは狭い急階段で登る事が出来ます。
舗装路の終点に在る『なめんなよ』の石碑。
『なめる』＝『馬鹿にする』の他に『滑る』の意味が在ります。
砂地の急坂も在りますので『なめたらアカンぜよ～』
