近くにある貸し会議室が１時間6600円に対してこちらは1時間1200円から利用できました。平日の昼間の利用でこの安さは破格ですね。
もちろん大手よりは内装はそこまできれいではありませんが、
正直安さから考えれば気になりませんし、お客様も呼べるレベルかと思います。
地下だったので密が心配だったので担当者に確認したところ、
給気口と排気口があるため、空気が循環しているとのことでした。
音は多少しますが、このご時世なので、空気の循環はかなりお客様に伝える際に効果的で安心感をもたせることができました。
プロジェクターや大型スクリーン・WiFiもあり、テレビも見れるため、
設備も大手貸し会議室と比べても遜色なく、全てこの料金に含まれているのが驚きでした。（正直もっと高くても利用がありそうです。。）
とても、対応も早く、清掃も行き届いているようで、また利用したいと思います。

御徒町周辺が意外と集客に良いことに気づいて、
セミナー会場を探したところ、非常に良いサイズのスペースとしてこちらを見つけました。
正方形に近い部屋でとても清潔感のある室内で値段的にもとても満足です。
大きなプロジェクターとモニターがあるので、設備もとても充実してます。
一度利用した後は室内にクーポンもありリポーターに優しいサービス仕様になってるのも高評価です。
引き続きまた利用させていただきます！

色々探しましたが、結構こだわった壁にされてる部屋が多いのですが、こちらの部屋は通常の白の壁になっており、撮影する上で非常に良いと感じました。
器具も地下一階ですし運ぶのは苦慮しませんでした。
目の前のパーキングエリアもあるので、機材もすぐに運べて利便性の高さを感じました。
部屋も綺麗で四角い形で使いやすかったです。
また利用します！

10-18人ほどのセミナーを行う際は非常に良いのではないでしょうか？
10人なら十分隣の席も空けれるので密回避になります。
また、地下ですが、案内にある通り吸排気システムがあるので、音は多少しますが、空気の循環はかなり感じます。エアコンも効きが良くて夏場助かります。しかも扇風機もあるので、すぐに冷却されます。
ちなみに、吸排気の音は気になる場合、利用中なら、借りてる方の意向で消すことも良いそうです。（終わったら戻す必要があるとのこと）
週1回行っているセミナーですが、毎回場所もわかりやすく、また地下にそのまま繋がっているので、ビル内も誘導しやすいです。
ドアの前にホワイトボードもあり、そこにイベントを毎回記載しております。地味ですが非常に行き届いていると感じます。
多少古さはありますが、中は清潔感があるので、特にセミナー参加者からクレームもなく、格安で借りれるので大変満足してます。
担当者様もかなり対応が良く、それも継続している理由の一つです。Wi-Fiも早いです！
また、セミナー設営が早く終わった際もテレビやYouTubeも観れるので余暇時間も楽しめます。
設備は非常に行き届いているので本当に満足です。
引き続き利用させていただきます。

By the way, if you are worried about the sound of intake and exhaust, it seems that it is good to turn it off at the will of the borrower if you are using it. (It is necessary to return it when finished)
The seminar is held once a week, but the location is easy to understand each time, and since it is directly connected to the basement, it is easy to guide inside the building.
There is also a whiteboard in front of the door, where you can see the events every time. It's sober, but I feel it's very well done.
It's a little old, but the inside is clean, so I'm very happy because I can borrow it at a bargain price without any complaints from the seminar participants.
The person in charge is also quite responsive, which is one of the reasons why it continues. Wi-Fi is also fast!
You can also enjoy your leisure time by watching TV and YouTube even when the seminar is set up early.
The facilities are very well maintained and I am really happy with it.
We will continue to use it.
