★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中は綺麗。入り口がオートロックで操作しにくいのでそこちょっと不便。あと駅から若干遠く場所が分かりにくい。
The inside is beautiful. It is a little inconvenient because the entrance is difficult to operate with an auto lock. The location is a bit far from the station and it's hard to tell where it is.

レンタルオフィスとしての良し悪しは分かりませんが、外観も内装も味のある建物です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に狭く、机1つと三十人いれば満員になりそうな広さです。あとトイレは男女各一つずつで男性の方は手洗いできないので少し不潔です。
It is very small and is likely to be packed with one desk and thirty people. Also, the toilets are a little filthy because men and women cannot wash their hands, one for each man and woman.

※今は変わっているかもしれませんがご参考までに。
スタッフ常駐ではなかったので不備があった際に対応ができません。
電話をしても土日などは対応してもらえなかったです。
今は改善されているかもしれませんが下記の点で困りました。
・ホワイトボード用のマーカーが切れている
・プロジェクターが使えない。説明書はない
・トイレの水の出が悪く流れない
・エアコンの効きが悪く、夏場はかなり暑く冬は寒い
トラブルがない場合はいいのですが、
トラブルとどうにもいかなくなるので利用は控えるようになりました。
初めて使う方は入念な下見を行うことをお勧めします。
あと場所と入館の仕方がわかりづらいです。

As we were not staff resident, we can not cope when there was a defect.
Even if I made a phone call, I did not get correspondence on Saturdays and Sundays.

・ The marker for the whiteboard is out
・ The projector can not be used. There is no manual
・ Outlet water does not flow badly
・ The effectiveness of air conditioning is bad, summer is quite hot and winter is cold
It is good if there are no problems,
The use has been reduced since it will not go out with troubles.
If you are new to the product, it is recommended to do a careful preview.
It is difficult to understand the place and the way of admission.

予約したのに部屋には備品もなく、とても利用できる状態ではありませんでした。会社に問い合わせましたが、電話繋がらない。
企画してた事項が中止になりました。
もう、絶対使いません。
It's the worst.
There was no equipment in the room although I made a reservation, and it was not in a very usable state. I have contacted the company but I can not connect the phone.
Matters planned were canceled.
I will never use it anymore.
