スペアキーを作ってもらい、帰宅後に鍵穴に入れたら合わない。
そこで、HPに書いているメールアドレスにメールを送るも、全く返信無し。
仕方ないので電話をすると、逆ギレされて、作り直さないの一点張り。

Do not use this store!
I had a spare key made and it wouldn't fit if I put it in the keyhole after returning home.
So I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address I wrote on the website, but there was no reply at all.
I couldn't help but when I called, I got squeezed and I couldn't make it again.
