★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で概算出してくれて、すぐ対応してくれるってことだったので利用しました。あまり合鍵を作る機会がないので相場感などはわかってませんでしたが接客も申し分なかったので良かったです。
 I used it because it was supposed to be calculated by phone and responded immediately. I didn't have much chance to make a duplicate key, so I didn't know the market price, but I'm glad that the customer service was perfect.

ヒールやパンプスなどのかかと修理もチェーン店より遥かにお安く、前回利用時は合鍵を素早く作成して下さいました。
お一人で作業されてると思われるので混雑時は分かりませんが、基本的に素早く丁寧な作業で、接客対応もきちんとされています。
池袋で靴を修理するならココ！です。

この周辺は靴の修理激戦区です…が
実はチェーン店ばかり。
ここは珍しく同じ値段帯で
個人のお店。
混んでいる時は
店長さんが かなり目に見えてテンパってますが…
きちんと時間に余裕を持って行けば
仕事は雑ということはなく
値段を考えれば充分コスパに優れると思います☺️
店休日が多いけれど 個人店なので
技術のレベルが常に安定している。
他人に修理店を薦めるなら
池袋だとここ一択ではないでしょうか。
