★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台の周りの竹や木々が生い茂って何も景色が見えません。定期的に清掃や芝刈りされているのでサイクリングやハイキングの休憩に良いかもしれません。
Bamboo and trees around the observatory make it impossible to see anything. It is regularly cleaned and mowed, so it may be a good place for cycling or hiking breaks.

I stopped by Uemiyauchimachi Observatory Park, but I can't see anything because the surrounding trees are overgrown.
