★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安く服は購入出来るかもしれないが、それなりの店。対応良いスタッフさんもいるが少ない。オーナーで年配の女性はオーナーのくせに対応最悪。パンツの裾上げを依頼。やってもらうもクオリティ最低。1回着用しただけで取れた。伝えると、うちは他よりも安く受けている。他だともっと高い。と言われた。お金を取って受けている以上きちんと直すのが当たり前だと思う。値段設定はその店の勝手。高い安いの問題ではないと思う。
商品の傷モノが元々多い店ではあるが、傷モノには印がしてある。印のない商品のキズに気付いて伝えると、うちのお店の謳い文句を知らないのか？と言われ、すごいイヤミを言われた。 A品商品はどこのお店も検品をしていませんよ。と言い放たれました。その根拠はなんでしょうか…。私はアパレルですが検品してます。手間を掛けていないだけではないんですか？
色々信じられない言葉を言われびっくりしました。
お客様を大切にしていないお店だな。と思った。
