★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店名に惹かれ利用。卵とベーコンのパスタを注文。1200円。パスタはde ceccoを使用していた。卵のソースが小気味良く絡み、美味しく頂いた。カルボナーラ1600円との違いは、あちらは塊が入っているらしい。
 I was attracted to the store name and used it. I ordered pasta with eggs and bacon. 1200 yen. Pasta used de cecco. The egg sauce was nicely entwined and it was delicious. The difference from Carbonara 1600 yen seems to be that there are lumps in it.

とにかくもうくどすぎる食べ物が食べたい欲が止まらず友達と訪問?
カルボナーラ…正直…そんな期待してなかったのですが、
一口食べるとやばい。激うま！
パスタの麺が特別美味しい！と言うわけじゃなくて、
ソースがとんでもないです。濃い！もうカルボナーラパスタというよりもチーズパスタ。
もうソースがすごい粘度があって、スーパー濃厚クリーミー。とにかく濃厚。
そして分厚すぎる厚切りベーコン。
これが想像以上にジューシーで柔らかく美味しかったです。本当に一口で当分のチーズ欲が満たされました。
さけとネギと青紫蘇のパスタは、いい意味で想像通りの味。
とにかくカルボナーラが濃厚なので、青紫蘇パスタがめちゃくちゃ美味しく感じる。パスタ自体に醤油がほどよく染み込んでいて美味しかったです。
物凄いチーズ欲が湧いてきたら絶対ここにきてしまう。。ぐらいヘビーなカルボナーラでしたので、、
大満足です。
あと絶対少なめがおすすめです。
通常量の麺が120gでカルボナーラはソースがたっぷりなので絶対少なめがおすすめです…(男性でもヘビーかも)
土曜日の14:00ぐらいにお店に到着すると4組待ちほど。でも回転が早いのでそんなに待ちませんでした！
通し営業なので、ランチタイム逃した時にめちゃくちゃちょうどいいです。。

The source is ridiculous. dark! Cheese pasta rather than carbonara pasta.
The sauce is already very viscous and super rich creamy. Anyway, it's rich.
And thick sliced bacon that is too thick.
This was more juicy, soft and delicious than I had imagined. A bite really satisfied my desire for cheese for the time being.
Salmon, green onion and blue shiso pasta taste as you would expect in a good way.
Anyway, the carbonara is rich, so the blue shiso pasta feels insanely delicious. The pasta itself was soaked in soy sauce and was delicious.
If you have a tremendous desire for cheese, you will definitely come here. .. It was a heavy carbonara, so ...
I am very satisfied.
I also recommend a little less.
The usual amount of noodles is 120g and carbonara has plenty of sauce, so it is recommended to use a small amount ... (Maybe even men are heavy)
When I arrived at the shop around 14:00 on Saturday, I waited for 4 groups. But I didn't wait so long because the rotation was fast!
It's open all day, so it's just right when you miss lunch time. ..
