★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒龍は、実家に帰ると父が「まあ、飲め！」と注いでくれるお酒でした。父は隠れた銘品を見つけるのが上手い人でした。
残念ながら、父は2年前に他界してしまいました。
亡き父と酌み交わし黒龍は通常レベルの一升瓶でした。
私も若い頃は色々な日本酒を飲みました。父の好みに合わせる訳ではなく確かに美味いです。
父を偲んで、おもてなし料理を作る時は、使い易い大きさ(300ml)の「いっちょらい」を愛用しています。
妻には内緒で。
妻は煮物の味にはうるさい人なのですが、いっちょらいを使うと文句を言わずに食べます。
料理だけではなく、お墓に供える時も勿論「いっちょらい」です。
そして、胸の中で父と酌み交わします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、鹿児島料理のお店で出会った焼酎を気に入り、ネットで見つけポチっとする予定だったところ、ふらっと立ち寄ったこちらのお店にありました。
たまたま最近初めて仕入れてみたとの事で、なんという奇遇な。早速頂きました。
他にも色々な種類の日本酒等々、ラベルを見ているだけでも楽しかった。若い気さくな店員さんが、色々と教えてくださいました。これから晩酌が増えそうです。
