★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺族への気遣いが全く感じられないです。忙しいのはわかります。ですが全てのやり取りがスタッフの人にとってはただの流れ作業にしか感じないのでしょうか。お骨の扱いも雑に見えてしまい、見ていて痛々しかったですし、目を瞑りたくなりました。
すみませんが、正直、ここを選択したのが間違いだと思いました。
I don't feel any concern for the bereaved family. I know I'm busy. But does all the interaction feel like an assembly line to the staff? The treatment of the bones looked sloppy, it was painful to see, and I wanted to close my eyes.
I'm sorry, but to be honest, I thought it was a mistake to choose here.

私たちにとってはﾍﾟｯﾄも大切な家族なのでここを利用して後悔しました｡
