h	haru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13年共に暮らした愛犬の火葬でお世話になりました。問合せの際には、パニック状態で後になって考えると的外れな質問をした私にも、丁寧に優しく対応頂き、少し気持ちを落着かせる事が出来ました。家族で最後の時間を過した数日後、火葬当日も、とても丁寧に優しく愛犬を扱って頂き、私達家族もとても気持ちが救われ、静かな気持ちでお別れする事が出来ました。小さくなった愛犬を、とても大切に御渡し頂いた時には、私達家族は勿論、人懐っこい愛犬も喜んでくれている。そんな気持ちにもなりました。こちらでお世話になる事が出来たことに、とても感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました。 I was taken care of by the cremation of my dog who lived with me for 13 years. When I made an inquiry, I was panicked and asked a question that was off the mark when I thought about it later, but I was able to respond politely and kindly, which made me feel a little calm. A few days after spending the last time with my family, even on the day of the cremation, I was treated very carefully and kindly, and our family was very relieved and I was able to say goodbye with a quiet feeling. When we hand over our small pet dog very carefully, not only our family but also our friendly pet dog are pleased. It made me feel like that.
