The order is Agata Udon's Iriko-bushi. The soup stock is a collaboration of soft bonito soup and very chewy noodles. The second bite was eaten in a tsukemen-style soup with hot balls on top of the sardines. It tastes different from udon noodles. The savory aroma of sardines and the round mouthfeel of hot balls wrap the noodles for the best texture and taste. At the end, I put bite-sized rice (fresh with yuzu flavor) in a hot ball of tuyu and ate it in a porridge style. It was the best udon that you can enjoy 3 times at a time.

N	NR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大磯の人気うどん屋さん AGATAさん土曜の１２時頃に伺いました。駐車場は少し離れたところに砂利の駐車場があります。前に３組程並んでいましたが、５分ほど待って入店できました。かけうどんと天ぷら(舞茸、玉子)を注文しました。うどんはコシがよくありあっさりおダシによく合いとっても美味しかったです。天かすってあんまり好きじゃなかったのですが、はじめて美味しいと感じるほどうどんに合いました！天ぷらもサクサクで玉子は半熟なのが最高に美味しかったです。キャッシュレス決済にも対応していて完璧でした！ Oiso's popular udon restaurant AGATA I visited around 12:00 on Saturday. There is a gravel parking lot at a distance. There were about 3 groups lined up before, but I was able to enter the store after waiting for about 5 minutes. I ordered kake udon and tempura (maitake mushrooms, eggs). Udon was very chewy and it went well with the dashi stock and was very delicious. I didn't really like Tenkasu, but it went so well with udon that I felt it was delicious for the first time! The tempura was crispy and the egg was half-boiled, which was the best. It also supports cashless payments and was perfect!
