He responded very politely to inquiries over the phone. When I told you about this situation / symptom, he explained it very carefully and explained that (in my case) it is better to go to another insured clinic instead of this clinic. I was impressed by the fact that he thought of other people on the phone who were not patients, not sales. I also wanted to do this kind of work. I am grateful.
