池袋でハンバーグといったら必ず名前がでてくるこちらのお店! いろいろなメディアやグルメサイトでの評価も高く、ワクワクしながら今回初訪問。 平日の1230くらいにお店に着き、並びは5人くらいでした。これはラッキーなのか?と思いましたが、シーフードクリームコロッケは完売、、、どの方もおすすめしていたので悲しい。。 今回注文したのは、 黒毛和牛のハンバーグとメンチカツ1390円 ハンバーグは小ぶりながらも肉がぎゅっと詰まっていて、とても美味しい!ソースは思ったよりあっさりしており肉本来の旨味をしっかり味わえるようなバランス! 半熟の目玉焼きがついてくるのも嬉しいポイント。 メンチカツはこれまた中身がぎっしりで、からしをつけるだけで十分なほど味がしっかりしていました! 人気店な理由がわかる美味しさで大満足でした! 次回は、シーフードクリームコロッケを絶対に食べたい! ごちそうさまでした!またお邪魔します!

前々から気になっていた、洋食ウチョウテン。ハンバーグで有名ですが並ぶのが嫌なので、開店時間前に到着しました。 内装は、落ち着いた雰囲気で、窓際の席は外光も入り、明るめですが、奥のカウンター席、テーブル席はちょっと薄暗かったです。席の横にはネットの荷物入れがあり、気が利いています。 調理の方は2人、ホール担当は1人でした。 丁度満席で店内の椅子で待っている間にメニューを渡されました。土曜日でしたがランチメニューの黒毛和牛のハンバーグとミニメンチカツセット1390円をオーダーしました。 入店後20分位で料理が到着しました。 分厚いミニメンチカツには好みでお醤油をかけて食べましたが、メンチカツ自体に肉のうまみがいっぱいで、とんでもなく美味しかったです。 ハンバーグには、甘めのソースがかかっており、最初チョット甘過ぎかな?とも感じましたが、黒毛和牛特有の肉の甘みとマッチしてバランスが良かったです。ハンバーグはぶ厚くて一番厚いところで35mmぐらいはあったと思いますが良く火が通っており、箸で切るとわざとらしくない肉汁がジワリと溢れてきました。肉は粗挽きではなく、しっかり細かくされてます。よく練られており、密度も高く食べ応えがあり、幸せホルモンが出るぐらい美味しかったです。 味噌汁だけは、大根のあっさり味噌汁でしたが、おかずの主張が強いのでむしろバランスが良かったです。 支払いは、現金のみ対応です。 また、タイミングが合えば是非食べたいと思います。

「キッチンOH!Way」「キッチンチェック」「宮崎亭」と並んで“池袋ハンバーグ四天王”とも称される名店 ウチョウテンさんです。池袋駅から行くと7~8分ですが、ナビがなければ軽く迷っちゃうかもです。開店前には並びが出来、常に待ちの状態です。男性店員さんの誘導に従い入店。注文は早めに聞きに来るので事前に配られるメニュー表で早めに決めておいたほうが良いかもしれません(美味しそうなものばかりなので結構迷いますが)。黒毛和牛のハンバーグとシーフードコロッケ1390円をいただきました。4人分1ロットほどの調理、程なくして着皿、(①コロッケ②ハンバーグセットの順)特徴的はナイフフォークはありません。林SPF(豚)と黒毛和牛の合挽きの中レアハンバーグは濃厚な脂の旨味とサッパリしたデミソースでとても食べやすいですね。和テイストな感じがします。若干しょっぱさを感じました。とあるグランプリで金賞を獲ったとされるシーフードコロッケは大ぶりトロトロの中にエビホタテゴロゴロ、食感を楽しめる洋食店のコロッケ。あとライスがなんか好みではなかったかな。総じてバランスのとれたさすがメディア多出の逸品だなと思いました。CPまずまず接客は調理の次、という感じはしました。ごちそうさまでした
