★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不良品を返品に行き、売り場の店員に用件を伝えると謝罪の言葉もなくレジへ行くよう指示され、同じサイズもないか聞くと探そうともせず、首を傾げるだけの態度に腹が立ちました。
本来なら用件を聞いた者がレジのキャッシャーへ伝えて返品手続きではないのでしょうか。不良品に対しての対応くらい接客業であれば常識だと思います。
When I went to return the defective product and told the clerk at the sales floor about the matter, I was instructed to go to the cash register without apology, and when I asked if it was the same size, I was angry at the attitude of just tilting my head without trying to find it. I stood up.
Isn't it supposed to be the return procedure by telling the cashier at the cashier who heard the matter? I think that it is common sense if it is a hospitality business as much as dealing with defective products.
