★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山中湖畔から石割山や大平山に向かう２番目のピークで長池山から10分ほど。雪に足を取られるので、ここでアイゼンをつけた。灌木帯からカヤトの原っぱに移るところ。
 The second peak from Lake Yamanaka to Mt. Ishiwari and Mt. Ohira, about 10 minutes from Mt. Nagaike. I chose a crampon here because the snow could take my feet. A place to move from the shrub belt to the Kayato field.

山頂を示す看板があまりにも地味で山頂という実感の無い場所だが、眺望はお隣の大平山ほどではないが富士山の全貌を見る事は出来る。
あくまでも通過点という雰囲気の場所なので、休憩をするならここより大平山のほうが便利だし魅力的。
A small peak along the ridgeline of the mountain located on the north side of Lake Yamanaka.
The sign that indicates the summit is so plain that you don't feel it is a summit, but you can see the whole picture of Mt.
Since it's an atmosphere of a passing point, Mt. Ohira is more convenient and attractive than here if you want to take a break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂上の登山道すぐ脇にベンチがあり小休止が取れます。茂みに囲まれて視界は草です。
There is a bench right next to the mountain trail at the top where you can take a short break. Surrounded by bushes, the view is grass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石割山から順に縦走してきました。ここからも富士山はしっかり見えました。
山頂は狭く背の高い草が生えていました。
隣の太平山から特に苦もなくピクニック気分で来れました。
I have been running vertically from Mt. Ishiwari. I could see Mt. Fuji from here as well.
The top of the mountain was narrow and tall grass was growing.
I came from the neighboring Mt. Taihei without any difficulty and felt like a picnic.
