千葉ニュータウン中央の駅前でトランク片手に、喫煙所以外の場所でタバコを吸う連中。
だから乳母車や年寄りの前でも平然とタバコを吸っている連中。
また公共の場所でバカ騒ぎしてる。
電車やバスのマナーも悪い。
仕事の研修してるのだろうけど、中身が中学生でモラルやマナーが欠如している。
