★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンクリーニングをお願いしていましたが身内が亡くなり急遽当日キャンセル。しかし今回は配慮していただきキャンセル料無しにしていただきました。再度予約を取り、クリーニングしてもらいましたが、前回の予約の1000円オフを適用していただくという素敵な対応をしてくださいました。もちろんクリーニングは準備実施片付けまでスムーズでした。最後にドアノブ等消毒もしていて徹底されているなと思いました。担当の方は笑顔でハキハキと仕事されていて良い印象でした。
