★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店は駅から近かったけど、裏手にまわって入るのがわかりにくかった。けど、道路に面してるお店に抵抗ある人には良いかもしれないです。
地方からコロナ禍でなんとか１日時間作って、お店に行きましたが杉山様の対応が素早く、丁寧にデメリットとメリットをわかりやすくお伝えいただき助かりました。
 The store was close to the station, but it was hard to find it behind the scenes. However, it may be good for people who are reluctant to shop facing the road.
I managed to make a day with coronavirus from the region and went to the shop, but Mr. Sugiyama's response was quick, and it was helpful to tell me the disadvantages and advantages in an easy-to-understand manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方からのお部屋探しで、日数が短い中対応してくれました。何社かにお問い合わせしていましたが、一番杉山様がご返信が早かったのと、対応もスムーズで何より、他社様に行きましたとお伝えしたところ、嫌な顔せず、笑っていいですよと言ってくださり安心してお部屋探し出来ました。
場所も駅から近いので、お仕事帰りに寄れたのが良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1もつけたくないくらいひどい対応でした。急用が入り、2日前に来店キャンセルの連絡をしたら、「他の不動産に行くんですか？」と。後出しでキャンセルはできないと言われました。他のお客様をずらして時間を作ったと言われましたが、お客の取捨選択をするのか、今後話が進んだときに日程ずらさせられるのか、など信頼できなくなりました。とてもいいクチコミだったので、予約していましたが、なぜここで、この人で話を進めようと思ってしまったのかと思うくらいです。ここで契約しなくてよかったです！
It was such a terrible response that I didn't want to add one. When I got an urgent need and contacted me to cancel my visit two days ago, I asked, "Are you going to another real estate?" I was told that I couldn't cancel later. I was told that I made time by shifting other customers, but I couldn't trust whether I would make a choice between customers or whether I would be able to shift the schedule when the discussion progressed in the future. It was a very good review, so I made a reservation, but I wonder why I decided to talk with this person here. I'm glad I didn't sign up here!

ほかの有名な不動産を何か所か行ってみましたが、
満足できる物件はほとんど見当たらず、時間だけ無駄にしてた時、
インリンクスの **前川さん**
と連絡が出来ました。
こちらからの希望条件を合わせて探してもらった物件は
初めてどちらを選べばいいか悩むぐらい、どちらもいい物件でした。
契約を進むときにも、 LINEで積極的な相談と対応してくださって本当に心強く、安心できました。
今は前川さんのおかげで本当にいい家で暮らしています。

2日程しか東京へ行けず、物件を探す時間があまり有りませんでした。他の某有名な不動産で物件を探してもらいましたが、中々良い物件に出逢えず落胆していました。そんな中、前川さんと出逢って本当に良い物件を紹介していただきました。
諦めモードでいた所、前川さんが「私に任せて下さい！絶対に希望の物件を見つけます！」と言ってくだいました。とても心強かったのを覚えています。
図面を見せてくれた瞬間、また、内覧した瞬間、他の不動産とは違う良い物件を提示してくださったと瞬間的に分かりました。
厳しい条件を提示したのにも関わらず、私達の理想の物件を探して下さいました。
勤務地までの良い路線も考慮して下さいました。

I was looking for a property in Tokyo from afar.
I could only go to Tokyo for about 2 days and didn't have much time to look for a property. I was asked to look for a property in another famous real estate, but I was disappointed because I couldn't find a good property. Meanwhile, I met Mr. Maekawa and introduced me to a really good property.
When I was in the give-up mode, Mr. Maekawa said, "Leave it to me! I will definitely find the property I want!" I remember it was very encouraging.
