ハッキリ言って詐欺です カーセンサーやgooなどの記載情報通りの車は売ってもらえませんでした 買わない方がいいです 故障指摘すると対応できないの一点張り 保障なんて名前ばかりで全く取り合ってもらえないです 価格も記載より9万円高く買わされました 現金一括で300万以上だしてこれじゃあ損としか言いようがないです 追記 担当のと○○いさんに聞いてませんか? これ以上は個人情報に関わるので載せられませんが これは車両代だけです 諸経費合わせて300万以上でした たしか乗り出しは299万円だったと思います 追記 そうですよね 理解していますよ? エアコンが使えると記載された情報誌をみて買う車を選んでいますが壊れたまま販売しているんですよね? そこまでキチンと見ていないのに車の状態を情報誌に載せて販売しているというのがオーナー様のコメントで良くわかりました。 みなさんこのような感じのお店です なにかの参考になればと思い書き込ませて頂きました 買ってくれと頼んでもないのに勝手に買ったというようなお店ということがよく分かりました とても良い勉強になりました もしかして従業員は他にもオーナー様に隠し事をして販売しているのではないでしょうか? オーナー様ご親切にありがとうございました

なかなか納車の日が決まらず、とにかく時間かかった。整備の人がなかなか仕事しないから遅くなったらしいです。 契約から3週間経っても、ほぼ手付かず状態でした。納車の日も、車をチェックしたら天井部分に鳥の糞がついたままコーティングされていたし、水垢落としの薬のせいでマダラになってて余計に汚くなっていた。エンジンルームも、葉っぱやゴミ(簡単に取れるようなゴミ)で汚れていた。燃料もカラッカラで、燃料ランプがついた状態だったので驚きました。うち窓が汚くて、走行してて気分が悪かった。ナビとフリップダウンのモニターを頼んだけど、納車の三日前くらいまで型番もわからず。調べたら、自分で買った方が格段に安かった。しかも、メーカーが違うものを取り付けたことでリモコンで操作ができない。納車の日に、後ろのシートからリモコン操作ができるか聞いたら、できると聞いていたので安心してたが使えず。電話でその旨を伝えたら「設定が使えると言う意味ですけど」とかわけわからん。しまいには開き直り、「言った言わないの話になりますけど」だと。こんな会社で買わなきゃよかった。こんな会社にお金をかけたのかと思うと腹が立った。マダラになって汚かった車は、簡単に自分で綺麗にできた。その事も言ったら「自分は精一杯やったので」と言って終わり。買うまではいい人ぶってたみたいです。納車したら知らん顔。詐欺と言っても過言ではない。 担当者にDJ100とゆー保険を勧められたので、解約の仕方を聞いたが「手続きから2ヶ月位先にはなるが、好きなタイミングで解約できる」と聞いていたが、いざ辞めようとしたら1年経たないと辞められないとか言われ、クズな会社だなと思った。

ネットで見ていて気になっていた車両があったので、訪問予定入れて見に行きました。確かに物は良かったですが、遠方遥々来た客に対してお茶ひとつ出さず、車両に関しても、こちらから質問や不明点聞かない限り突っ立って居るだけです。アピールしたりしないのでかなり不審感満載でしたが、以前より欲しい車両で、条件と程度も良かったので契約しました。スペアキーも無かったので、納車迄に作りたいからキーナンバー調べてくれと頼んでも整備中だからと言って後回し。整備後に店頭渡しにこだわっていたので、持ちに行きましたが、当日自走するため保険の切り替えがあったので車検証のコピーを頼みましたが催促しないと放ったらかし。しかも私のメールアドレス送り間違えていたにも関わらず、送れたと思ったとか言って、確認の電話連絡すらしない。散々催促して納車日前日に保険の切り替えが出来る始末。個人情報の扱いがなって無いので、書面で代表者印にて今後の対応を約束させました。納車後にも、下見時にはあった車両仕入れ時に欠品していたオプション品の説明書を処分していて、それを指摘したら、仕入れ時には無かったので、納車時に説明書は処分したとの事。こちらは下見時に確認していたのであえて黙って対応見ていましたが、その説明すら無かった。この店は、こちらが指摘や確認しない限り、誓約書を盾にとり、突っぱねます。今までいろいろ買い物しましたが、こんなにも客の立場を考えない店は初めてです。遠方なのと、近所のディーラーでも保証してもらえるので、二度と訪れる事は無いです。

カーセンサーの口コミなどは良い事しか書いてないですが、契約した後の問い合わせの態度など客とは思っていない様な態度で、せっかく売ってやってるんだから黙って待ってろよ。みたいな対応です。 自分は契約してしまった手前もうどうする事もできませんが、本当に契約後の接客態度が悪く聞いた事のアンサーもすぐに返ってこなく信用できません。 他のサイトの口コミでは無料でコーティングをしてくれたなどありますが、 納車までまだしばらくあるのでまた納車までの事を報告します。
