★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日自分の不注意で事故を起こしてしまいました。初めての事故で何をしたら良いのか分からず、困って電話をしました。電話をした所、すぐに向かいますと言ってくださり、警察が到着するよりも早く来てくれました。保険会社への連絡から車の修理まで全て丁寧に対応していただき、とてもありがたかったです。これからもよろしくお願いします。
 The other day I had an accident due to my carelessness. I didn't know what to do in my first accident and called in trouble. He called me and said he would go soon, and the police came sooner than he had arrived. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日軽自動車を購入しましたが展示されていたカードには保証書ありだったのに実際には付いていませんでした。
担当のHさんに確認の電話をしましたが出て頂けないだけでなく、何度かけても折り返しもなし。
いろいろ便宜をはかって頂いた事には感謝してますがこのままうやむやにされてしまうのかと思うと納得がいきません。
保証がない車だと分かっていたら買いませんでした。何よりそれに対して誠意のかけらもない。
営業さんから見たら100万ちょっとの車を買ってガタガタ言うな、と言う所でしょうがこちらはパートで必死に働いたお金でローンを払うのですよ。
お客を舐めないで下さい。お盆が明けたらどう対応する気なのか聞きに伺うつもりです。
買うまでは電話にすぐ出て、買ったら知らんぷり…そういう会社なのでしょうか？ガッカリです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフのみなさんがとても親切に対応してくれます。無理な交換は勧められず、次にこんな症状が出たら早めにきて下さいねと適切なアドバイスがいただけて安心できます。他の車屋さんにはない安心感がありますね。
The staff are very kind to me. Unreasonable replacement is not recommended, and you can rest assured that you will receive appropriate advice that you should come early if you experience these symptoms next time. There is a sense of security that other car dealers do not have.
