車の商談にて訪問。 試乗を希望したのだが、車検が残っているにもかかわらず、ナンバーが見当たらないとのことで不可であった。 個人的には、ホンダ車は好きなので、もう少し頑張って欲しいところ。

かれこれ約20年前に、メーカー直営の 中古車ディーラーなので信用し、車を購入するも 納車して1分後に、信号で止まろうとブレーキを 踏むもアクセルが戻らなくなり、 前車に追突しそうになるトラブルが発生。 (回転数は3000回転位で固定された) 直ぐにディーラーへ引き返し見てもらったら、 キャブ車だった為に、スロットルにゴミが溜まり スロットル開度が最大に近いくらいで 固まってました。目の前でボンネットを開けたら エンジンルームから、沢山の工具達が出てきた。 忘れて閉じてしまったんでしょう。 さすがにクレームを入れたら、担当の営業マンは 自分は悪くないから謝らないの一点張りで、 所長に出てきてもらい話をしました。 結局は返品して返金してもらいました。 それからホンダは乗らなくなりました。 今の車は、そこそこクオリティも上がっては 来ていると思いますが一生乗りません。

問い合わせをしたが、対応が遅く、返信にも誠意が感じられなかった。遠方へ販売するとのコメントがあるが、実際はそうではなく地元への販売をしたい様に見受けられる。であれば、その旨を明記すべき。実に不愉快な対応であった。

【個人的な感想】(2021/8/9) 大昔(約28年ほど前)同店舗にて、新古車(ほぼ新車レベル。)1台?購入してから、深く短い付き合いあった数年間の実話。 (良かった事やアカンかった事をツラツラ長く書きますが、ご容赦くださいませ。) まだ【同店名】が、オートテラス(よりも前やったかも?)時代、会社(本田技研 鈴鹿工場)の 同期入社のツレに誘われ来店したのが最初。 既に、5代目スポーツシビック(3種の特装車で、設定ランク1番下)の新車に乗ってたが… マニュアル車ってトコ以外、満足感が薄れて来ていて(2年ちょいで、走行距離5万㌔以上。)乗換しようか?考えていた記憶。 当時の同店舗は、狭いながらも車種が豊富に展示してた。 ツレに紹介してもろた営業マンは、とても親切で丁寧だった。 小6時、好んで読んでたマンガ『よろしくメカドック』の影響で、どうしても【シティーターボ2ブルドッグ】に欲しくて乗りたかったが… 今ほどSNSが発達してなかった為、たくさん探してもろたけど、良質の車は全く見つからず。 (出て来てもボロで納得いかへん高値段のヤツか、屋根が幌のカブリオレばっかし。) 当時(93/5か6頃)5代目スポーツシビックをベースに、設計されたが日本では無く、米国ホンダ “のみ” で生産がなされ、逆輸入してたシビッククーペの新古車1台を発見。 タイヤホイール以外、オプション【フル装備】の上、約3ヶ月弱で走行距離千km以下と、当時よく吹けるVTECエンジン搭載の極上品。 ただ唯一、不満?やったのが【オートマ限定車のみ】設定だった事。 (後のマイナーチェンジ時に【マニュアル】設定車が出て来て愕然?) ちなみに? 同店舗の社員さん(店長・営業・受付業務や経理・整備士)等とは、1名を除き仲良くして頂いた。 同店で唯一?納得行かず大不満?だった事が、上記⇧の1名である。 ?大不満?だった理由 購入後、1年目(ぐらい)の定期点検整備し戻って来た2〜3日後、速度計メーター内の警告灯が点灯。 点灯した警告灯は、エンジンオイルが『足りませんよ』と言うモノ。 ちょうど運転前だった為、点検したら床底から油の臭い。 当時、独身寮の駐車場(地面は砂利と砂地)から少し移動したら、地面の一部分が真っ黒け。 (コレ⇧は寮長に報告して問題なしの返答済。) よく見たら、エンジン下部オイルパンのボルトは外れ、オイルがポタポタ漏れ出しとるのを発見。 即、同店へ電話☎連絡するも【会社直系子会社】だった為、工場と同じく5月連休とも重なり、連休中で店には誰も居らず…。 実家(愛媛県)帰省前に、とんでもないトラブルが起き、困ってた?時に同店舗向いのホンダ販売店(当時は、ベルノ店)の整備長の粋な計らいで、簡易修理して貰い助かった思い出。 (オイルパン内のエンジンオイル入替え用ボルト、最終(トルク確認)締付け忘れによる不具合を喰らうも、古いオイルパンボルトの無償提供、締付けで難を逃れる。) エンジンオイルは、オートバックスで購入して自ら注入。 結果的に、エンジンルーム内にもスパナ1つ置き忘れも有り、クレーム入れたらキチンと謝罪してくれた。 (入れ直したエンジンオイル代と不誠実な整備のお詫びを頂き、とりあえず納得しチャラに。) ただし、上記⇧の1名が【定期点検整備】出した時、整備担当したお方。 その方からは、一切【謝罪】すらしてもろてないが、店長さん側の顔を立てて、文句を言うのは回避。 後に上記⇧整備士は?テキトー?な仕事ぶりで、ヘマを連発しまくり数カ月後に【退社】したと聞いた記憶。 あれから約28年… 大分と、疎遠気味?で可愛がってた鈴鹿工場の後輩に聞いた話。 現在、同店に(自分の事も含め)昔を知っとる方々は、全員(定年退職や転勤等で)居なくなっとるらしい。 個人的【評価点】は、プラマイゼロ的な感じの☆3
