3年利用しただけでもコーティングNEO施行忘れ、車検証貼り忘れ、カーナビが1センチ以上飛び出た状態で車を返される、クレジットカード返し忘れがあった。
しょっちゅう利用してる訳では無く、点検車検やぶつけられて修理の１回、くらいの利用なのに毎回何かしらやらかしてくれて、いつも笑顔でいいですよと言ってきたが信用出来ないので二度と利用しない。
完全に店側のミスであるのに私がクレームを入れないからかクレジットカードや車検証も私が店まで再度行く羽目になっていた。
コーティング施行忘れもカーナビ設置ミスも私が車に詳しくないと思ってやったような感じを受けた(残念ながら車には詳しいのですぐにバレた)
ここで新車を買って修理に出して金を落としていたことを非常に後悔している。
たまにしか利用しない私がこれだけやられているのだから、表に出ないだけで他にもやられてる人はいるだろうと思う
新車はいいが、修理に出すのは絶対にオススメしない
