★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイハツからハガキ来てたので、ウチのムーブの無料点検で行ったのだが、ウチのトヨタの車の純正ナビに期限付きの更新表示がでるので聞いたらトヨタに行けって言われた。めんどくさいからか知らんけど〜中古でトヨタ車も販売しとるのに…金にならん奴の対応悪すぎです。オレは、ここのダイハツには、二度と行きません。
A postcard came from Daihatsu, so I went for a free inspection of my move, but when I heard it, I was told that I could go to Toyota when I heard an updated display with a time limit on the genuine navigation of my Toyota car. I don't know if it's awkward, but I'm selling used Toyota cars too ... It's too bad for him. I will never go to Daihatsu here again.

自社のディーラーでは購入したい気も出なかった為、他社さんへも伺いましたが、最終的に こちらのダイハツ店さんの接客を受けて購入しました。
対応ですが、駐車場に入った時点で店舗出入り口にスタッフが待機。車を停めたら御用がありましたらお伝えください。と 車に来て簡単な案内説明。目にとまる車もあった事から そのまま購入に至り、後日再び伺った所 担当者は留守だったようですが、雨が降っていた為スタッフが傘を持って車まで出迎えてくれました。他にも良いと思う点があり、接客・サービス共に感銘致しました。
また購入したいと思える数少ない素晴らしい店舗です。

I came to the car and gave a brief explanation. Since there was a car that caught my eye, I decided to purchase it as it was, and when I visited again later, the person in charge seemed to be away, but because it was raining, the staff greeted me with an umbrella. There are other points that I think are good, and I was impressed with both customer service and service.
It's one of the few great stores you'll want to buy again.
