待ってる客を誘導せずニヤニヤしている。
受け取ったあと去り際に店員同士でこちらを見て笑う。
極めて不快な気持ちになりました。
It is attractive that it is directly connected to the observatory, but waiting on customers was the worst.
They are grinning without guiding the waiting customers.
After receiving it, the shop assistants look at each other and laugh when they leave.
I felt extremely uncomfortable.

営業時間は、WEB上は10時からとなっていますが、実際は９時からと前倒しされて修正されていますので、ご注意ください。
The surroundings are quiet on weekday mornings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晴れていれば展望デッキでくつろげますが、雨だったので通路の人通りの多い席しかなく、いまいちでした。サービスは良かったです。
If it's sunny, you can relax on the observation deck, but because it was raining, there were only a lot of seats in the aisle, so it wasn't good enough. The service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊丹空港のタリーズ。ターミナルの中心からは遠いがその分静かで、作業などもしやすい(ただしタリーズ自体はテイクアウト専門で、椅子は近くにある空港のものしかない)。デッキがすぐ近くなので、コーヒー片手に飛行機の離着陸を眺められるのも魅力
Tully's at Itami Airport. It is far from the center of the terminal but quieter and easier to work with (although Tully's itself specializes in take-out, chairs are only available at nearby airports). Because the deck is very close, it is also attractive to watch the takeoff and landing of the airplane with one hand of coffee

よしもとエンタメショップと同じ場所にあり、席は店外の通路部分の2人テーブル5コと屋外になります。ANAを使う私にとっては、保安検査所から結構遠く、やや億劫な場所にあります。
平日しか利用したことがありませんが、空いています。
Located on the observation floor of the 4th floor of the airport.
It is located in the same location as Yoshimoto Entertainment Shop, and the seats are outdoors with 5 tables for 2 people in the passage area outside the store. For me who use ANA, it is quite far from the security checkpoint and is a little bit expensive.
I have used it only on weekdays, but it is free.
