M	Ma-mi Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地産地消のお野菜をたっぷり摂れる体に優しいお料理でした。この日のアプサラ定食(日替わり)のメインは鶏唐揚げの甘酢あんかけで、小鉢三品とお味噌汁。ご飯は玄米か八穀米からえらべます。(大盛もできます)八穀米をいただきましたが、程よい固さの炊き加減で美味しかったです。ゴマ塩付いてきます。甘酢あんには餅麦が入っていて、酸っぱ過ぎずに優しい味でした。ご縁BOOK利用のランチだったので、食後ドリンクとデザート付き。白ごまのブラマンジェは濃厚ではないのですが、あっさりとして黒蜜とよく合い美味しかったです。ボリュームたっぷりの定食とデザートでお腹いっぱいになりましたが、お野菜たっぷりなのと優しい味付けで罪悪感がない嬉しいランチでした。 It was a body-friendly dish with plenty of local produce for local consumption.
