拓	拓哉松川 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の6月に20系アルファード購入しました。引き渡し当日､書類を書き終えて車に乗り込むと、エンプティーランプは点いてるし､センターコンソールBOXの脇にはタバコの吸い殻は二本も落ちてるし最悪でした｡契約前にはルームクリーニングしてくれる約束でしたが掃除すら､されてなかったです。購入してから2か月経つ頃から塗装が剥がれ始め先日、相談したらメーカー側のリコールなので対応できない補償できないとのこと､ディーラーに持って行ったらリコールの期限は終了しました。とだけ、リコールの対象の説明が最初に､あったら購入も8万もかけてボディコーティングもしなかったのに、点検時に､それを話そうとすると担当の営業の人は忙しそうに､何処かに逃げる始末｡仕方がないので消費者相談センターに連絡して弁護士の人を紹介してもらう方向で動いてます｡これから購入される方はコーティングは止めておいた方が良いです。洗車も下地作りも､ろくにしないで簡易的なコーティングで高い金額賭けるより､信用できる所で施工してもらう方が良いと思います。まだ購入して半年しか経過してないのに、塗装費用とかかさむのが辛いです。まさかリコール対象の車が対策も説明も無しに販売されているとは思いませんでした。皆さん購入される前にメーカーのホームページで車種や年式､リコールの有り無しを検索して購入する事を､お勧めします。 I bought the 20 series Alphard in June of this year.
