★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私的には一番工場の紹介派遣では一番いいとこだと思います。ちゃんと考える期間とかも与えてくれますし、近場を紹介とかもしてくれますし、仕事内容はそりゃ大変なのは個人的には当たり前だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場に同じ日研の柄の悪い奴が入ってきた。コイツは周りには媚びへつらい、私にだけ当たりがきつかった。だから、派遣社員の社内選考や教育をしっかりやって欲しいと思った。しかも営業の人は、派遣社員に寄り添ってない感じがしたので絶望した。あと、どこの派遣会社もいいことしか言わなくて、実際は違うんですよね。。。。あと、採用不採用の連絡が遅かったり、男ばかり優遇する感じも否めません。
